Life is short.
Shane has been in prison for 22 years. He is innocent of the crime for which he was sentenced.
The appeal process is slow and laborious. And expensive.
Please take a moment to write to Governor Andrew Cuomo and ask that he pardon Shane. I am trying to schedule a meeting with the Governor at which our investigator Doug Walters and I would be given the opportunity to explain the travesty of Shane's conviction.
